The Staropolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Kielce invites you to take part in a training project, partly financed from the European Union resources, “European Adviser. My qualifications – a chance on the labour market”. The project’s execution is planned for 2006 –2007 and involve a series of trainings improving the skills and professional qualifications of the adult employees.
The trainings are designed for the employees of small, medium and large enterprises, the units of local government, non-governmental organizations interested in direct gaining of the subsidies from union funds. The training will deal with the basic issues of regional policy of European Union and the rules of application for the auxiliary resources. The training’s participants will learn, among others, about the rules and procedures of the preparation of the application, the rules of founding and managing the projects on the human resources development as well as the investment projects, the rules of preparing a business plan for union funds and the issues concerning monitoring, evaluation and accounting. The project offered is entitled to 100% additional funding.
The project is executed according to the contract with The Province Employment Agency in Kielce acting as Executing Institution within the confines of Priority 2 Integrated Operational Programme of Regional Development.
The project is planned to comprise of 18 trainings, for 270 people in altogether.
The first training will take place on April 2, 2006.
The trainings will be held on the days exempt from work. There is a possibility of choosing the training’s mode, that is a weekend mode on the days exempt from work (Saturday - Sunday) or after the working hours (4-hour meetings 3 times a week).

The certificate of employment will be required after receiving the information about admission for the training. The project is partly financed from the resources of the European Social Fund and the national budget.
