The Staropolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Kielce, with the aim of fulfilling the entrepreneurs’ training requirements, invites for a series of trainings offered within the confines of the project “Professional HR – international success of the company”. The project is partly financed from the resources of European Social Fund within the confines of Sector Operational Programme Human Resources Development, Activity 2.3, The Development of Modern Economy Personnel. The trainings are entitled to the financial assistance of 80% for small and medium enterprises and 60% for large companies. The project is aimed to increase the enterprises’ effectiveness in gaining new commerce partners, increase their activity on international markets and acquiring the skill of building long-term strategies and using modern marketing instruments.
We invite the entrepreneurs and the employees of small, medium and large companies of The ?więtokrzyskie Region and the provinces: Małopolskie, Mazowieckie, ?l?skie, Podkarpackie, Lubelskie, Łódzkie to participate two training series:
“New Markets Gaining” – totally 48 training hours, the aim is acquire the skill of modern marketing management, effective trade negotiations and foreign trade transactions through: increasing of the effective communication between the company and the customer’s market, gaining the knowledge on the segmentation, the offer’s positioning, the methods of preparing the proper price policy of the company, acquiring the practical knowledge which should enable the preparation of the complex commerce offer for the national market as well as foreign markets.
The trainings are given by Grażyna Gebala, Ph.D., an outstanding and recognized lecturer of prestigious university Ecole de Management in Lyon and J. Tischner Wyższa Szkoła Europejska in Krakow, which is named after the foreign companies’ consultant, advisor of small and medium enterprises on French market, the personnel trainer in development of export, communication and the strategies of development on international markets.
“Modern Strategy Management” – totally 32 training hours, the aim is to provide practical preparation of the companies managers for using modern management techniques, gaining the skill of increasing and keeping their own companies’ competitiveness, defining the activities which are important for their companies in the perspective of the next few years, identifying the regions which are critical for their companies, depicting the risk’s sources as well as learning about the models and patterns useful for the analysis, creation and implement of the strategies in the companies.
The trainings are given by the experienced lecturers of Akademia Ekonomiczna in Katowice: Marka Kasperka, Ph.D. and Katarzyna Wchstiel, MA and other lecturers of the Akademia. The lecturers have experience in managing the companies, managing the personnel, negotiations, interpersonal and management trainings, company’s promotion and cooperation with the enterprises.
