Professional Transformation
The Staropolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce and The Province Employment Agency in Kielce invite to take part in the project “Professional transformation of the people threatened with the restructuring processes through subsiding of the employment in a new place of work” financed by the European Social Union within the confines of The Integrated Operational Programme of Regional Development, Activity 2.4
The project is aimed to change the professional qualifications of the employees of the industries and the sectors which are subject to the restructuring as well as other people who are threatened with losing their employment in order to enable them to do new professions. The project offers the possibility of receiving new job offers from the owners of small and medium enterprises from The ?więtokrzyskie Province. We will also run the recruitment of the unemployed and those who are threatened with unemployment. The access to the job offers for those who look for work will lead to the employment on new positions created in the selected companies thanks to the programme. Those who will benefit from the subsidised employment will also acquire new skills thanks to the practice on new positions and improve their situation on the labour market.
Who may participate?
Interested in new professions:
-
the industries’ employees, in particular such as: light industry, chemical and sugar industries , the workers of the health protection sector,
-
the employees during the period of notice who were given the notice for the reasons not connected to them,
-
the employees of the companies which are declared bankruptcy or undergo the process of liquidation,
-
those who have lost their jobs for the reasons not connected to them, who are unemployed, registered as the unemployed for a period not longer than three months or looking for jobs for a period not longer than three months.

the entrepreneurs of the SMEs of The ?więtokrzyskie Province
The employers who take part in the project are entitled to the 65% reimbursement of the employment costs for a period of max. 19 moths.
